Vaine Nooana-Arioka | ADFIP Chairperson | Managing Director – Bank of Cook Islands

As Managing Director for the Bank of the Cook Islands since 2008,  Vaine has seen BCI grow its market share, introduce new services and products, and partner with Government agencies to deliver finance to unserved sectors of the community. Vaine’s experience is derived from over twenty years in Banking, six of those years with ANZ Banking Group Ltd in the Cook Islands, and membership with various women and girls organisations such as Cook Islands Womens Counseling Centre, Girl Guides and Cook Islands Business and Professional Womens Association. With a Masters in International Economics and Finance (University of Queensland) and as an Affiliate in Development Bank Management (Asia Pacific Institute of Development Finance) Vaine’s personal vision is a Financially Secure Cook Islands!

Leta Havea Kami

Leta Havea Kami | ADFIP Secretary | Managing Director/CEO – Tonga Development Bank

Ms Kami joined the Bank in 1989 as a Business Advisor and worked her way up managing key departments of the Bank including the Vava’u branch. In 2006, she was promoted to Deputy Managing Director-Operations in TDB. In this capacity, she served as a Councilor on the Tonga Chamber of Commerce. She was a Board member of Tonga Post for 3 years where she became Chairperson in April 2011. Later, she became Deputy Managing Director-Risk Management in TDB and also served as Deputy Chair –Remuneration Authority over the last two years. Ms Kami holds a BA majoring in Business Economics and an MBA from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management, Willamette University, Oregon, USA.

Nafitalai Cakacaka_Treasurer

Nafitalai Cakacaka | ADFIP Treasurer | General Manager – Fiji Development Bank

Nafitalai Cakacaka is the General Manager of Business Risk Services at the Fiji Development Bank. Mr. Cakacaka holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of the South Pacific, and a Certificate in Master Level from the Pacific Coast Banking School in the United States of America. He is also a member of the Fiji Institute of Bankers.

Anna Mendiola

Anna Mendiola | Board Member | President – Federated States of Micronesia Development Bank

Mrs Anna Mendiola joined the bank from February 2000 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed the President of FSMDB in March 2001. She obtained her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the California Coast University, Santa Ana, California after graduating from Eastern Oregon State College in 1985 with a BA Business/Economics (specialization in Accounting, Business Administration and Economics) graduated Magna Cum Laude. Since 1986-1984 she has held various positions with the FSM Finance Department including Accountant, Economist, Assistant Secretary for International Development Finance. She was also the Assistant to the Executive Director at the ADB in Manila from 1991 – 1993

Matautia Rula Levi | Board Member |Chief Executive Officer – Samoa Housing Corporation

Mrs Matautia Rula Levi was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of the Samoa Housing Corporation in 2005 after spending twenty three years with the Development Bank of Samoa. Mrs Levi is a graduate from the Victoria University, Wellington, New Zealand with a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Economics. She was appointed Board Member in the 2012 AGM that was held in Apia, Samoa.
